After starting off the 2026 season going 0-3 after getting swept in LA the 2026 Arizona Diamondbacks have been playing such good baseball from the starting pitching to the bullpen to the offense that hit a mini slump has now since then been really getting the offense going again. dbacks just finished off a very successful nine game east coast road trip going 6-3 against the mets , phillies and orioles winning all three series which was very impressive for a team that usually plays awful on the east coast so watching them have a successful road trip was very refreshing and fun to watch.

You could feel the energy from the fans on opening day I was there the vibes were so high the game hadn’t even begun yet and fans were already chanting let’s go dbacks as the players were leaving the field to get ready for the game to start after the opening day ceremonies even during spring training before the regular season started I was already getting a feel in the air for this team they were starting to really remind me of 23’ but better the vibes have really been like the 23’ team but better this team has already shown and proven there ready to compete this year that they can do this plus there playing the second toughest schedule in baseball right now.

they wouldn’t be starting out this good without some major key pieces to there core group of guys who have been doing nothing but great things for this team since they joined one of the big names Jose Fernandez who recently joined the dbacks after an injury to pavin smith I don’t wish injury on anybody but without Jose Fernandez don’t know where this team would be right now he’s done nothing but magical great things for this dbacks team same goes for Illdemaro Vargas , Jose Barrosa , Adrian Del Castillo guys that have been consistent helping this team win games on a nightly bases.

And you can’t start out the year on a high note without doing the little things in which the dbacks have done on there last road trip they did practically everything right minus a few mistakes but that’s every team they had good at bats timely hitting , great defense good starting pitching a bullpen that has also been consistent minus a few mishaps good teams find ways to win games.

I know it’s only April we’re not even 20 games in the season yet but the 2026 Arizona Diamondbacks team looks different feels different this year there’s something special about this team this year and with reinforcements on the way soon this team is only going to get so much better. I can’t wait for what the rest of this season has in store I am very excited.
