last month I got to experience one of the worst baseball games I’ve ever attended now I’ve been to plenty of bad baseball games before that were so bad we left the game early. but this game against the Minnesota Twins was such a train wreck I really still don’t understand how I made it through this whole game without losing my mind watching my team go out there and play such bad baseball.

Just kidding I was going stir crazy loosing my mind watching the dbacks play an embarrassing game of baseball most baseball fans understand and know that when you get upset watching your team play it just means you care shows how passionate you are towards your baseball team. its not always sunshine and rainbows while watching your team play and when us fans get mad start being negative it doesn’t make us bad fans doesn’t make us toxic fans just means a lot of us are being realistic and we care.

Zac Gallen Disatrous Start

Dbacks starting pitcher for game two of the series against Minnesota was Zac Gallen wasn’t two thrilled with him being the starter for that game he’s been awful for the dbacks so far this season so I wasn’t getting my hopes up for the game. as soon as the game begun it barely had even started when Zac would already give up two runs in the first inning of the game already was losing hope for the game by the time it was the fourth inning dbacks were already down 4-0 was still a winnable game plenty of time to comeback in the game of course that lead would only get worse.

The Fifth Inning

Then came the fifth inning it was such a bad inning it was laughable the twins started the inning off hitting a triple of Zac Gallen it was 6-0 lead kept getting worse by the time they took Zac out of the game he had already given up 7 runs. as soon as they switched pitchers put Yilber Diaz in he would give up nine more runs to the twins in the same inning it was such an embarrassing game I couldn’t believe what I was watching in that inning the Minnesota twins would hit two triples , a double a grand slam by Byron Buxton and a single. 10 runs total were score in that inning by the twins.

Now for the dbacks I had to give them credit for making a game out of it scoring eight runs in that game not going down without a fight I mean if they would have somehow came back in this game won this game it would have been one of the best comebacks in baseball and I would have been able to say I was there got to witness the whole thing. but if Zac Gallen hadn’t started that game the dbacks would have most likely won this game.

I’ve never been to a game before and hearing a crowd boo a player as loudly as I heard dbacks fans boo Zac Gallen off the field that game I didn’t feel bad at all he deserved every single one of those boos for his godawful performance in that game.

The only bright spot in this game was seeing Ildemaro Vargas go out there and pitch two scoreless innings watching him pitch was pretty funny he was having fun on the mound pitching to the twins you never see Vargas without a smile so watching him pitch was pretty entertaining and fun.

But the game overall was bad it’s hard to enjoy a game when your team is getting blown out I actually cheered when the game was finally over I was like no more suffering for us dbacks fans we’ve had way to many blown out games this year specially at home.
